I'm almost positive this is a Hallmark Greeting card paper doll. I'm also almost positive she is missing some outfits. Included here is 1 doll, 2 dresses, 1 hat, and one cutout figure. The clothing and doll have some embossing.
This is one is "Around the world with Patty" I do not have the back of the card so I don't know if it is Hallmark or not but it does look like one. I have a few more of the outfits as well.
