Jack and jill magazine dolls

Here are some cut sets from Jack and Jill magazine.  I do not know what months but I think they are from 1953.  The sets may not be complete.

Here are some misc. jointed dolls that came with a lot of paper dolls I purchased.  These are all copies and i am not sure what magazines they came from.  The elves and toys were made by Merrimack.  The other two are in black and white. The bottom doll is signed Bonnie Bartel and dated 11/93.

Fern Bisel Peat Betty Jane

Here is the clothes for Betty Jane, a paper doll designed by Fern Bisel Peat.  I do not have the doll but was able to find a picture of her on The Paper Collectors Website and she gave me permission to use the photo.  This set was produced by Saalfield in 1934 and the clothes are cardboard like material.  I have four outfits, 3 hats and 4 pairs of shoes as well as a Japanese doll.  I used my portable scanner to scan in the largest of the outfits.  I may not post for a few days.

Here are some pages from various issues of Barbie Bazaar magazine.  They are all by the artist Dick Tahsin.  The art pieces are all based on vintage Barbie doll outfits.

Jointed Santa Claus

Here are some jointed Santa Clause (and Mrs. Claus) from two different magazine.  The top sets are black and white.  The date on the second Santa is 1992.  I am not sure what magazines these came out of.  Brads and glue are needed to make the dolls.

National Doll World 1984

Here are three hinged paper dolls from National Doll World May/June 1984.  It includes Humpty Dumpty, a witch and a king.  Brads are needed for all of the dolls.  The article, if enlarged, can be read so I will not retype it here.  These pages were pulled out of the magazine, so I do not have any other pages from this issue of National Doll World.  The dolls are black and white and can be colored or decorated with patterned paper.

A Wood Doll

These wonderful dolls are from the artist Hilda Miloche  I have Lois, Betty and clothes for Mary. These dolls are from Whitman1941.  The dolls are not actually wood but very heavy cardboard and came in separate box sets.
