This black and white Pat Stall paper doll is a folded single page that would act as a two page centerfold in the Doll Castle News magazine. This doll has four costumes and is inspired by fashions from 1864.

Title design copyright 1910 by Joseph P Schiller Syndicate Baltimore and New York, Next week advertised as Cousin Janet at Afternoon tea.  The two dolls each have a costume with masked hat.

Sophia Loren

 this two page paper doll is from Sweden magazine around 1969 and features the actress Sophia Loren with five outfits, I cannot translate the text but I believe it is a bio about the actress and some of the movies she is in at the time.

Paper Doll Party

 I just got back from the paper doll party in Philadelphia and I had so much fun. I wanted to stress that if you've never been to a party or convention and thought about it. Do it! The paper doll people are a blast! So many stories,  so many treasures,  it's always a wonderful experience.  

Drag Then and Now

 

Paper dolls in the wild always surprise Mr. This book from the library called "the Art of Drag" had a two page spread Paper Doll featuring Drag Then and Now. The author is Jake Hall and the illustrators are Sofia Birkin, Helen Li and Jasyot Singh Hans. It can be found at amazon here :book
