Seika Kisekae












Artist (I think) is Hisako Kozakai and publisher is Seika, who makes many coloring books and kisekae (dress up) books.  I got to this information with the help of some of my facebook friends.  It's Japanese and I came across two similar items on Mandarake website

With this additional information I (think) the characters name is Funny Carol or Honey Funny Carol.  If anyone has additional translation, that would be helpful.

    Hello! Thought I’d help -
    The cover says Dress Up, the upper corner says “They will look nice”
    “Funny Carol” is at the bottom.
    The pages introduce Carol-chan, the cat
    Mimi-chan and the blonde friend Sally-chan.
