I don't know much about this super hero paper dolls. It is from Courier ( or Courier Express?) newspaper. The art is by Owen McCarron and the page is called Marvelous Fun and Games. I have a few of these pages. This one features Spider-Man/Peter Parker. It is dated October 29 1978. Please let me know if you are able to view this full size (right click open new tab) seems to work now on the 'new' blogger.
