Boots cutout

Here is a panel from a newspaper featuring Boots Cut out.  This is dated 11-3-1940.  Boots pose is very unique, she is looking down and in the wind.  How interesting!  She has three outfits,  I think all these could be worn today!  There's a small hole in the paper from age.
