This set is from the artist Queen Holden. It is called Paper Doll "Dressmaker" and is Whitman publishing company from 1935. The set came with two dolls and patterns for each doll to make outfits along with paper and sleeves and collars. This is a cut set, so some little girl has made TONS of adorable dresses over 100!. I sorta sorted them by color and which pattern they were based on. A few were made without the patterns and are shown with the hats.
