The month's theme for the Collaboration Project was Outfits from the Year we Graduated, so in my case, 2007. I choose to draw outfits I actually wore my senior year, including my prom dress. Don't get too impressed by the lace, though, I just used a Photoshop brush to get the effect. The Cookie Monster T-shirt is a top I still have to this day and wear on occasion. I liked to pair it with carpi pants that had a pleat/seam on the front of the legs when I was younger. This year was my 10 year high school reunion. I didn't go, too busy going back to collage. Also too much money! They wanted like $55 a person, no thanks.

Barbie Jewel Secrets Big Coloring Book
I did not scan all the coloring pages, but focused on the paper doll and outfits along with one page I thought was pretty. This coloring book is from Golden published in 1987 and features Mattel's Jewel Secrets Barbie. The paper doll has 4 dresses and 2 accessories, all which can be colored.

Dress Me! Over and Over
This is another cute Queen Holden baby doll from a set called Dress Me Over and Over (not to be confused with Dress me! Cut-Out Dolls by the same artist), published by Whitman 1950. The doll has 20 outfits, 10 hats/wigs, 2 pair of shoes, and a bath tub with accessories. Not complete, some small accessories missing from the cut set.

Baby Betty
Aside from any 'life size' paper dolls, Baby Betty by Queen Holden is one of my biggest, she barely fits in my largest scanner. I hate stitching (scanning two images and putting them together) so even some of these are clipped slightly. The doll measures roughly 15.5 inches tall. This set was from Whitman 1937. Shacksman did a reproduction set in 1985 but I think the doll is smaller, like 13 inches or so. She has 6 large outfits, a hat, and 6 accessories. This is not a complete set, she is missing some accessories, like shoes, a doll, and some bows.

Trim Dotty's Dresses
This box set was the result of a paper doll trade. It's a set I've wanted for a while, because I've been practicing paper embroidery. The box is missing the thread it would have come with, which was used to decorate the costumes. The thick doll has a stand (not shown here). She has 13 pieces of clothing and 3 hats each accented with embroidery. I love the idea of combing other crafts with paper dolls, like the sewing paper doll sets. This was published by Whitman in 1949.

Sammy Snooks and His Pets
This Dolly Dingle paper doll page is a bit damaged, with a crease and a corner torn. He has 2 outfits with 2 hats, a dog, a rat, and a wooden toy and lunch basket. His pet guinea pig is missing. This page is from the artist Grace G Drayton. I'm afraid I don't know the date.

Joan Walsh Anglund Children's Page
I'm ready for Halloween! Yes, it's next month, but I want it now! Here's an adorable October page of Good Housekeeping magazine featuring Halloween themed paper dolls by the artist Joan Walsh Anglund. This page is dated 1987. On the cut out page is a girl and boy, each with a costume. The girl will dress as a witch, the boy as a cat. Lot of candy and accessories complete the page. Main colors are orange and black, fitting to the season.

June Allison
This cut set is of the celebrity June Allison. This paper doll was published by Whitman in 1950. She has a few different sets this is #970. Since it's cut and played with, it's not complete. It has 2 dolls and 12 dresses along with 5 tops, 3 skirts and some accessories. I love the shading on these vintage dolls, and the colors!
