Paper Doll Collaboration 2018 September Sports

Is it already the end of September!  This month has been crazy with two jobs and school.  Above is the outfits for this theme, which was Sports!  I'm not a sports person, I don't watch anything except football when I'm over at someones house or racing.  I choose my favorite sports in school.  I liked Tennis, Basketball (though I'm terrible at it cause I'm short) and karate/martial arts.  Working on a Halloween paper doll and preparing for inktober (two projects) and of course, working on school stuff (may post soon).

Judy's Baby Sister (copy)

So I have some black and white copies that came with a lot I bought.  I think this would be cute for coloring.  It's Judy's Baby sister by Beth Henniger.  This two page paper doll would have been in  color.  It is from Jack and Jill magazine, March 1943. The doll has 8 outfits a lots of accessoires including shoes and a tub!

Tillie the Toiler

Here's a newspaper page featuring Tillie the Toiler.  This doll has a dress, a top, and pair or pants and skirt along with some hats.  The date is August 5, 1934.  Drawn and sent in by Betty Geisler.

First Project For School

       My first project for my first class is done.  This is a logo design for class along with a title block.  I'm not sure if I'll use this all with the blog, but maybe?  What do you think?  Comments, questions, concerns?  Feedback is welcome!

Here's a old newspaper sheet featuring Jane Arden's Wardrobe. This sheet has four costumes along with a jacket and hat accessories.  This is dated 9-29-1940. 

Dress Your Doll in Style

Here's a black and white paper doll from Doll Castle News September October 1971.  This paper doll was created by the artist Pat Stall.  She has 6 outfits and 1 hat and is inspired by the Bru doll. 

Cynthia Malbon's Alice

Here's a magazine paper doll.  It's a single page (I'm not sure there is a second page missing).  Sue Shanahan is the artist.  This is from Doll Reader magazine dated September 1998.  She has one outfit and represents the character of Alice from the famous book series.

Any ideas for a Halloween paper doll?  I want to start brainstorming ideas now.
