Little Louise and Her Pets

This is a single page paper doll with clothes on the back that are to be traced and made into homemade clothing.  This is from Good housekeeping Magazine.  The only date I have on it is 02-09 which I think means February 1909 not 2009 however I think this is a reproduction because the paper is so bright.  I believe (though not signed) the artist is Shelia Young. If anyone has information about this possible reprint, please let me know.

The New Cut-Out for Young Folks

I found this lovely newspaper sheet on ebay (link) but wanted to share it.  The doll has four outfits with matching hats and a Turkey.  Perfect for Thanksgiving.  No exact date but 1930s and most likely November.  From the Detroit News.  (note, I will take this link down if requested by the ebay owner.)

Sorry, link only.  I don't own the image but thought it was one everyone would enjoy seeing.

Ready for the Feast Cut Out

These two pages are from Golden Magazine dated November 1966.  The artist is Neva Schultz.  Golden magazine had many paper doll pages, some months were only one page, others had a two page spread.  This set features a boy and girl, each with one costume and accessories.  Can you believe it's almost Thanksgiving!?  I haven't designed a Thanksgiving paper doll for this year yet (not sure I have time now!)
