This cute 2 page paper doll set is from Sew Beautiful Magazine, not dated.  The artist is Theresa Borelli.The boy has 6 fall outfits and a dog as well.  The text reads "Frederick's Cheeks are always the rosiest in the fall.  That's when he spends most every waking moment outdoors (except when he's in school of course.)
